The Counsellor Collective now has an (Employment Assistance Package) EAP for Small Business. This is a pay-per-use service for using any of our counsellors in Western Australia in person or online.
It provides confidental assistance to staff and assists small business remain compliant and meet safety standards and obligations due to employee assistance programs underpinning psychosocial risk prevention. This assistance doesn’t have high ongoing costs and the small business only pays for what is being used by their staff.
There is no sign up fee for businesses under 25 staff members.
